Good day i had the same experience with Vantrue dashcam, i this is not the only problem you may face ! , after one week the dashcam started to lag and keep restart, i return it back to the seller and got another brand i is the only safe connection to connect in cigarettes lighter fuse in internal fuse box try to change the dashcam with one with internal battery to remain working even the car power off , also to keep car battery safe this is my experience

Good morning if anyone can advice me how to renew Incontrol license? As i am trying to do this since a week but always give me message that "We are currently performing maintenance and delivering customer facing features and enhancements to make your shopping experience even better. The store will re-open shortly" Is this normal? Or should I contact someone? thank you
