    Jaguar XF 2016 My gear selector switch has decided not to work - stuck in P mode .

    This morning I could not drive my XF - gear selector is stuck in P mode and will not operate , even though it moves up and down . I need to move it short term as it is in the way of my garage door . Apparently there is a secret switch that can be access within the centre console - doe anyone know where and how ? Can anyone assist . ps - the RAC man that came was a bit lost !
