    XE engine knocking

    JMcK posted a topic in Jaguar Technical
    Anyone had the apparent common knocking sound issue? Specifically for a 2.0D XE (66plate). Apparently a common fuel injector issue but want to be sure. Gearbox seems spot on, drives spot on whether its knocking or not (inconsistent issue). Sounds as if its coming from further right side of engine bay but can’t say for certain, turbo seems to work fine. Any ideas? cheers
