As I said in original intro post I’m new to my XE - my question is “do I need to subscribe to incontrol? Is there a real tangible benefit as it also has Apple Car Play (therefore I never use satnav/updates/live info) thanks for your input

Day two of ownership xe r sport 2019 do I have to have an internet connection for the day navsystem to work … without actually moving off my drive it appears to work … I see the SIM card can give me a “shared” WiFi option - I have no interest … do I need a SIM card connection for anything else that is worth to have? if so recommendations on sim providers/plans apologies for all questions - trying to get me head around it all My Apple car play works fine, therefore I have minimal need to the inbuilt nav but you never know … thanks in advance

New to Jaguar, collected my used XE R petrol from main stealer today … haven’t even started to read the manuals … looking forward to to sharing some hints, tips and stories ..
