    Headlight covers!

    Hi, I drive a newly acquired 'W' reg. S Type, 3.0ltr SE auto...which has a plastic lens cover for the headlights - completely separate to the headlight assembly. Question is...how do I get the cover off to clean it? Had a good look & can't see a way of removing the cover without going to a lot of trouble - does anybody know the way to remove the cover in order that I can clean it? Pete

    Hi, I'm Pete (Fleetpete is my user name), goes back a long, long way that one! I'm in deepest East Yorkshire, driving a newly acquired 'S' Type & really enjoying the experience. Been a Porsche man in the past but glad I've made the change. The Jag is getting on a bit, 'W' reg but still very fluid and fast! Good news!
