Do most garages do the teraclean or is it only the jaguar franchises

Thanks Peter after further investigation I have found a split in the EGR cooler pipe, for the time being I have wrapped it in duct tape and it seems a lot better will have to wait until Monday to get a new pipe, hope they are fairly easy to fit. Dave

I have the same problem with my 2009 plate jaguar, I have replaced the EGR valve but it is still the same, any other ideas
