I had the cat up in the air yesterday to give it a Oil service and noticed the intercooler is still leaking on the drivers side end... I no it isn't the hose leaking as ive had this off about 5 times and replaced with a new clip , plus its dry. but the join between the end cap and the core is wet. (black sludge , Oil ) .. can this intercoolers be repaired or is it best to replace?   plus this would answer my low mpg. 43mpg on 100 mile round trip cruising at 70mph 90% of the journey..
