Engine swap gearbox info

I have a 2.1 v6 manual absolutely mint condition and have gotten a 3.0 now I know the differences but could my inlet bolt onto the 3.0 or my throttle body onto the inlet 3.0. And the gear boxes are the same MTX75 just one with a TC I know the ratios are different but not to botherd better take off. But would my 3.0 bolt straight onto the 2.1 box. And ecu would the 2.1 manage to come with a map or a piggy back or full stand alone management. Cheers Jon
