Hi All,

 

I have recently purchased an X type diesel 2.0 with 125K on clock. Injectors refurebed and coded EGR valve cleaned full service including diesel filter. When I start the car in the morning it sits at about 500 RPM with engine management light and charge light on for about 30 seconds. Accelerator pedal will not work, rev counter then jumps to normal and all is well with car.

White smoke for a few minutes each morning Garage said this was injector leak and that was normal.

Has anyone else had these problems and is there an easy fix?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
