Rear Door Trim

Is it possible to replace the aluminium trim around the rear door handle and how easy (or hard) is it to do. Mine has a deep scratch which spoils the appearance and I wish to replace it. Also is this trim available from Jaguar or will they just want me to replace the complete door card.

Thanks for the response. Now I now know that the aluminium surround is not removable I won't damage it any further by attempting it. The suggestion of trying to polish the scratch out is possibly a route I could try.
