Phoned Pristine Alloy Wheels Milton Keynes earlier in the week to arrange for a single wheel refurb, told them exactly what I wanted doing, a single wheel refurb in shadow chrome. They said no problem just drop the wheel down and they will sort it, £123.00.  Excellent I thought.

40 minute drive first thing in the morning, got there an the guy says cant guarantee a match on this, do you have another wheel!  Yes I do have another one but why wasnt I told that on the phone before wasting my time driving all the way here!  

Complete waste of my time, not happy at all

I completely understand what they mean, unfortunately this is my first experience in wheel refurb, it's just the one that needs a tidy so I can sell all 4. 

I'll know for next time and hopefully they have also learnt to be clearer with customers. 

It's sort of worked ok as there is another company I've found who are cheaper and say they don't need more than the one wheel! I'll be taking 2 anyway just to be sure.
