s type exhaust manifold heat shields

Hello to all

The heat shields on my jaguar s type v6/ 2002 have broken away from the exhuast manifolds, I tried to get the little bolts out from the manifolds but to no avail but i managed to save one but not the rest there are six in total , my option now is to drill out and re tap holes but this wouldn't be my first choice , but I had the thought of getting two manifolds made in stainless steel or something similar, all the ones on ebay seem to have bolts broken in them too, something bespoke might work not to mention the possible BHP. gain and weight loss from the old ones has anybody tried this approach
