The Dreaded "Restricted Perfomance"

Long story cut short, took delivery on September 17th, received Restricted Performance message 2 weeks later, under warranty, dropped it in to my mates garage to run diagnostics. Diagnosed & fixed a seized valve. Was either Induction Turbo Boost Valve or Boost Pressure Actuator Shut Off Valve. I can find prices for Actuator valve around £90. Cant find a price for the other valve anywhere?

Has the valve been identified correctly?

Can the valve be replaced or is it part of another unit?

Can anyone assist with identifying what it's commonly known as, so I can price a replacement please?

As always, any assistance appreciated.
