Hi everyone,

I've upgraded my x-type headlights and given them a good clean, which all makes a big difference - but it appears there is a lot of dirt and condensation on the inside of the the headlights. Can anyone advise on how (or whether...!) an amateur DIY-er like myself should try and get inside the headlight covers? Should have got it done when they replaced the headlights, I guess... I can always take it back to the garage when its MOT time or something...

Any tips appreciated!

Thanks!

Nathan

You could get rid of the condensation by taking bulbs out and blasting a hair drier through the back ???? or popping a SILICA GEL SACHET inside ?? You need to find out though why dirt and condensation are getting inside in the first place . Hopefully one of the other members will have a better idea.

Regards ,

Andy.
