Just purchased a XF SV8 08' plate, i want to up-rate the brakes somehow? As the car is fairly heavy and the brakes do feel abit inadequate, any tips?

I also wanted to try a couple of other upgrades, can anyone recommend a good Jag mechanic that they have used before and knows what they are doing? At a good rate.

Hi Tariq....welcome to the Club

Not sure personally of any specialists in your area but sometimes fitting Goodridge steel braided hoses (and new fluid) will improve the braking efficiency tremendously and at very little cost.

Any garage could fit hoses quite easily and at a reasonable cost

Let us know how you get on with getting your brakes upgraded
