I have a problem with my XF 2.7D the smart key message comes up but will not start even if i insert in the receptor. Have changed battery , didnt work .

I called out mobile specialist with laptop and gismos etc and he tried to re- programme but it went halfway on his laptop and would not accept.

He suggested main dealer but now have a problem , the car is dead ( battery in boot is fulled charged) and need to get the park brake of and steering lock off HELP !!
