Reversing Aid not working

Hello and thank for your time on ths subject.

I have a 2006 X-Type estate and had the issue of my boot leaking causing my reversing module to get water damaged (my leaking boot is now sorting). I have since replaced my module. 3 out of the 4 sensors were chirping to which I replaced that sensor, not fixing the problem even after switching a working sensor from another position just to check. I sprayed an electrical cleaner on the connectors to the non working sensor and the connector to the module. When reconnected all sensors are now chirping but no reversing beeping.

Is there something I'm missing?

Hello , i had the same problem , mine had the small speaker deffective , i changed it and everything works , if you have the same problem be sure to get a speaker with the exact same specs as the original , nothing else works , i tryed...

Mine is a sedane , i couldn't tell you where to find this speaker on the estate 🙂
