XJ6 SE or Sovereign

I am in the process of purchasing a 2004 XJ6 3L which is listed by the dealer as a Sovereign. It has a large number of extras which makes it top of the range territory, BUT the V5 states it to be an SE, no mention of Sovereign. Also a search on the DVLA web site also quotes SE.

So, my question is when does a SE become a Sovereign for a 2004 XJ6 ?
