I bought a 2017 Jaguar XFS 3.0 Supercharged in October 2018. I have never received Live updates through My Sat Nav. According to the Subscription I've paid for another two years this should happen. Having spoken to the Dealership they inform Me that I have to acquire a data card and install it in the centre console. Then via a pay as you go System pay monthly ( minimum I can find is £5 per month). What I'd like to establish is does the technology in the car allow Me to connect with My Mobile phone when it's set up as a Hot spot and use the data from My phone contract to provide this service. I can use My laptop whilst out and about by connecting it to My mobile phone when I've set it as a Hotspot can I do the same with the car. Can't find a contact number that works to speak with Jaguar Customer Services they're all closed. Look forward to a response Nigel.
