2006 S type 2.7 XE engine will not turnover and stuck in park

Hello all thankyou for letting me join. I am in need of some help. I have a 2006 2.7 S Type XE with a gearbox problem. My car is stuck in Park and will not engage the starter. I can start the car by jumping the starter relay. I can use the park overide switch to get the car in D or R. The car moves fine in R but is stuck in what I think is 3rd gear when I use D. The lights on the J gate do not light up at all. I have just tried another J gate and it seems to make no difference at all. I only have a Snap on scanner and it will not comunicate with the TCM. The dash shows Gearbox fault and Park brake fault. The codes I got were U0101 and U0402. Does anyone have a pinout of the green connector from the J gate it has 8 contacts in it. Any help or ideas would be a massive help.
