Searching for a number plate! C4 TOR

Hi Everyone,

I am trying my luck of tracking down the owner of a 2016 3L Red Jaguar F Type which has previously had the number plate C4 TOR registered to it. I have found a picture of the car and plate in question on Google on the a club website https://www.f-typeec.co.uk

The dream/end goal for this search would be to acquire this number plate as it has been my dream plate since I can remember - although I am fully aware that someones owns this and they may love it even more than I do.

If anyone has info/contact information for the owner of registration plate C4 TOR I would be eternally grateful.
