Bought a 2007 XK convertible in February although have not had real opportunity to stretch its legs properly due to lock down.  Have added a wind deflector and the one touch remote roof control which is really handy.  Operates from the remote as well and although a lot involved in fitting, it was accompanied by really good instructions.  All worked first time.

Took the car out properly today and runs like a dream.  The only downside seemed to be that when the sun is behind you it’s not really possible to read the message centre.  Neither the rotary brightness control nor the display brightness control in the touch controls doesn’t seem to alter that part of the displays.  Any ideas appreciated, but otherwise a great car.  I am going to treat it to a wheel refurbishment next week to make it look even more outstanding.

Can only recommend fitting some sort of visor over the display which can be fitted to SatNavs, etc
