S TYPE blowing cold all the time regardless of temp setting

Featured Replies

Hi newbie here, I have a 2007 2.7 Diesel S type with low mileage, 62,000, in the last week the heating has packed in. I'm not losing any water and engine temp is perfectly normal. New thermostat, water pump and belt fitted 15 months ago although engine temp would lead away from this anyway, any help greatly appreciated.

Add engine type

Most likely cause will be the DCCV sticking. A quick search will provide more info on the subject.

Right, had a look on google and it seems quite straight forward, I'll let you know how it goes although I won't get to it until the weekend. That'll give me time to get the new one in ( use or return of course )
