Topix site - not showing vehicle spec

I am currently researching a couple of potential XF purchases , a 2009 and a 2010 model.  The seller has provided me with the VIN numbers.  I have registered as an independent on the topix website but when I perform a search using the VIN numbers it identifies the vehicle correctly but does not provide any detail on the options/spec.

Any ideas on how I can access these details?  Is it via a subscription?

I believe TOPIX now charges a fee for that information.

If you request a build sheet from………… [email protected]……

they should provide one. They did when I requested one eight months ago.
