XE Sat nav, still logged on to old owner

Hi

Just got a XE 2018, managed to get the car on my incontrol account and log on to the live service in the car

But cannot get the old user off the sat nav

Every time I go onto it I just get a Hello Grant and log on

 

Any ideas?

You want - Settings / All Settings / Features / Navigation / Edit Profile

From here you can change the name and address etc 😉
