Just went to start 2017 F Pace. No prior issues. Auto gear control not popping up. 3 error msgs which look frightening. See pics. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum.

I would start by fully charging the battery despite it starting the car especially seeing the first and third pictures. Once charged, try again.

Thanks. Forgot to say car has been left outside in cold weather unused for 26 days. I did take it on a small trip on return but nothing major.

Thx again. Please excuse my rampant stupidity, but do you have an idiots guide on how to charge the battery. I am clearly non technical. Can it be charged in situ or has to be removed. Apologies

Yes it can be but do make sure the negative of the charger goes to an earth point and not the battery. The procedure should be in your manual.

Well, it's definitely not battery related. Had new one fitted and all issues remain. So got original battery refitted. Mechanic !Removed! off.

Car totally stuck.  Will need lifting onto truck I guess and delivered to Jaguar.

All done. It wasn't battery related. It wasn't gear control related. Let down by multiple independent mechanics who claimed to have Jaguar training. Issue was wiring to comms module broken due to water coming in! Very happy with Jaguar dealership servicing for identifying and repairing. Obviously expensive.
