Car shuts down at end of Car Wash

Need help with an issue with our 2023 Jaquar XF.  I have not contacted the dealer yet, but thought I would put on the forum for help. Every time we go to the car wash, the engine shuts off at the end of the car wash.  We have to put it back in Park and re-start the car. I almost had an accident today with car behind almost running into me.  HOW DO I DISABLE THAT FEATURE WITH THE CAR.   I have had three jaquars already that did not have this feature or it wasn't engaged.  I need to get rid of this feature !!!!

Please advise anyone on how to disengage.

    Don't think that feature exists - have you checked on-line manual. Anyway it says this about washing the car: "Commercially-operated, automatic car washes, jet washes, and power-operated mops are not recommended."
