Issues with bolts on bumper/ wing

Hey guys,

started removing the bumper on the xe and when I got to the drivers side one of the bolts that goes through the white plastic bracket and holds the bumper on the wing is just spinning and not coming out. Slid the light out a bit to see if I could access the top of the fixing but while I can see the sleeve spinning I can’t get to it easily . Anyone had this problem and is there a solution? Cheers all
