Analogue - digital audio system replacement

Good evening everyone.
I have a 2004 X Type 2.0 D, I would like to replace the AC - Audio control system (like the one in the photo) with the standard digital system but used and purchased aftermarket. my car is in the classic version with no on-board computer or steering wheel controls. Do you think it is possible to replace the units so that everything works correctly without steering wheel controls and on-board computer? The system I would buy comes with a manual and unlock code..
Thanks in advance for your suggestions..
