XK8 2001 4.0 crank but not starting

Hello folks,

I need some help, please. My XK8 won't fire or start. I have replaced the fuel filter, I have good fuel pressure at the Schrader valve. The fuel pump relay is live and switching correctly. 

However, there is no power at the coils at all. Is this something that has occurred for anyone before?

I'm wondering if the immobiliser is causing this issue. For some reason, the central locking isn't working, but I can set the alarm with the fob.

Any advice and assistance is greatly appreciated.
