Hello from a first time Jaguar owner

Featured Replies

Hello from North Somerset.
I have just bought (and fell in love with) a 2009 2.2 X Type.
I’m looking forward to browsing the forums and hopefully being able to sort out the few very minor niggles with what I’m sure is going to be a great car.
I would also be very interested in any meets that may be in my area.

Hi Nigel,

Welcome to Jaguar Forums.

I had a X type  it was  a very good car.

Hope you enjoyed yours.

For meets you could contact JEC Somerset branch.

They have regular days out and events.

If you cant find then pm me I have their details.

Aubrey.

Hi Nigel,

I joined the Jaguar Owners Club recently and everyone has been very engaging with advice and enthusiasm. I’ve had my XF for just a week now and love it. Enjoy your X Type and do post some photos of it.

All th best,

Ian

Welcome aboard Nigel! Hope you enjoy your X Type, i considered the estate version recently but ended up with a Honda CR-V instead!

Probably just as well or my neighbours would start calling me John Prescott (Two Jags)!
