Loud clicking noise when turning with full lock

Hi all,

I am experiencing difficulties with my F Pace steering as I am getting a loud clicking noise from the front wheel area when I am turning right or left with an almost full lock on. It's very annoying as I often feel the wheel will collapse and I have very little confidence when driving the car.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Car has 56,000 Km.
