My I-Pace won't charge on Gridserve 350kw chargers. Initialises, starts charge, then immediately stops. Shows warning of high voltage error, drive with caution. I have successfully charged on Ionity 350kw chargers.

Is this a common problem? If so, is it a problem with Gridserve, the I-Pace or my car?

Hi.

I used a 350kw gridserve charge at Cherwell services on the M40. It definitely worked and charged the car. The only thing i did notice was the highest charge rate I saw reported was 52kW per hour, I had thought it might be higher as I believe the max charge rate on the car is 100kW. That said I am relatively new to the iPace and ev cars in general so still learning what is normal. However, it did work, delivering enough charge to complete my journey after 45 minutes. My car is a 2021 model and had just driven 80 miles so was warmed up.
