Hello all,

I have a 2014 XF R-Sport Sportbrake and want to replace the exterior side vent trims with some black ones. I have searched how to do this but can find no clear answers. If anyone on here could shed some light it would be greatly appreciated. The picture shows my car as is.

Take them off and spray them with a rattle can.

Use a trim removal tool to gently prise the fake vents off. They are held on with about 5 press trim clips

Thanks, I'll give that a go.

I did this to spray the plastic chrome bits on the top of the fake vents. Make sure you rub the 'chrome' down with very fine wet and dry paper, to give the paint something to adhere too. Also use a plastic primer on it before top coat of black. Happy days.
