Looking for a mirror adjustment switch

Hi,

I’ve got a 1995 XJ6 (VIN: SAJJFKLG3BJ760716) with a broken door mirror adjuster switch – (pls see photo).

This little switch is often a problem as the stick part coming out of the switch body, is a silly 2mm of plastic with a hood on top. Can anyone tell me whether there is any kind of OEM upgrade available for this as the original is so easy to snap off?

If not, can anyone give me a quote for replacing the switch?
