Hi, I am having issues with one injector not working, I have changed it with a 2nd hand one & that hasn't resolved the issue as that seems not to be working either (no clacking sound),

Have checked for voltage getting to it with the key in the on position expecting 12 volts but it's only showing 5.3 volts, I then checked all the others & they also read only 5.3 volts but those injectors are working fine,  I wanted to check the circuit for the pulse signal but my 12v test lamp wont work at that low voltage.

So a couple of questions really, firstly is this 5.3volt reading normal?, & secondly Assuming my problem is maybe a pulse issue is there a common cause for it?, , , , , Many thanks.

Just an update, , , , , ,I have now done an Ohm's check on the replacement injector & that checks out ok, I checked the others while I was at it & all good, But even more annoying that the old one I took out also checks as ok as well, So that'll end up going back in to save me a coding job.
