The hazard switch has blank spaces each side, that's where I had expected the heater switches to be

Is it an option on the SE? Or are the switched somewhere else?

top left on the instrument panel.2 switches side by side(left and right seat)mines a 2.0 SE diesel

Hi, probably a bit late, but I think the heated front seats were part of the winter pack.

Do you have a heated front screen?

I have the SE and no seat heater. So you're not alone.
