ok got a wierd problem with my Auto jag, sometimes it stalls when i stop at a junction, as i pull up to the jusnction i come off the throttle then apply the brake and coast to the line and stop at which point the engine feels like its struggling and stalls, this only happens once or twice a week but it did happen 3 times to me the other day. right the question i have, is this down to the fact i have fitted an after market cone air filter (very temp measure while i track down a K&N Panel style filter) or is it my other idea that the gearbox Oil needs changing??? when it does it it feels almost like a dragging clutch not disingaging properly, if i pop it into neutral before it stalls it goes straight to 900rpm and idles perfectly hence why i am thinking gearbox Oil change is needed. anyone else come across this problem??
