Mirrors not folding!

Just collected my beautiful 2003 S-Type SE 3 Ltr.V6, but the door mirrors won't fold in when following the manual's instructions. The normal mirror adjustments work fine on the switches as they should, but no fold :-(

Driver Door Module (DDM)The DDM is located in the driver door behind the trim panel.The DDM is involved with the following operations:

Door window motor and regulator

Exterior rear view mirror movement

Keyless entry

Global closing

Drivers door locking/unlocking

is the best I could find... see attached wiring which you can see has the memory function.
