HELP!!! OBD CODE PO62E Whats it mean?

Help!!

What does OBD code PO62E mean????

My 2005 S-Type 2.7D wont start, turns over but does not fire, seems like no fuel, I had it checked and it says PO62E

Can anyone tell me what that code means

Hi Stan,

            P062E is Sensor Circuit Malfunction, Bank 2, Sensor 3. You can find all the codes on  the computer at OBD-II Check.
