Anyone else find this annoying? If you accidentally touch the manual shift paddles, the gear goes up or down (depending which paddle). This can cause a momentary bit of mental confusion until you realise what you have done, then return to automatic. This could be dangerous at times as the destraction displaces your driving concentration. Is there a way to disable the paddles as I never use them?

I did this when making a sharp exit from a road and catching a paddle showing my brother-in-law the car. I styled it out though.
