Key Fob Help Please....

Hiya everyone...just joined today hoping to get a bit of help and advice for followong....got a s-type ' X ' reg...key fob with the three buttons...unlock - lock - boot open...the unlock works fine...the boot open works fine...but the lock is the bugger...it locks when pessed but then immediaitely opens again...this happens non stop...any advice will be gratefully accepted and appreciated....thanks and hiya to all....Moods

I take it that the door locks manually with the key?

Usually, if the door locking 'bounces' open when locked...this can signify a fault with one of the door latch mechanisms.

May be worth looking at whether each door illuminates the interior lamp when the door is opened/closed.
