Just had a quick glance at door handles and surrounds on eBay and it seems that the trim above the pull handle holds the door handle mech in with two bolts from inside the door. Think it's gonna be a door card off job to see if it's broke or loose.

Firstly I apologise if this has been covered but thought I would share. I've been scratching my head trying to work out how you get the touch screen phone menu to pair as I see nothing in my manual. After some searching I found out that you need to go into the phone screen press # # 3 # star # then press the green call button you should now see pairing on the screen when your phone sees Jaguar pair your phone & input 1313 when asked for code. Just worked for me
