lucky to get 20 mpg round town.

O I see now even though our cars are the same model engine and year of manufacture yours has a higher spec. Mine has not got the panel on the door sorry. By the way do you know what mpg you are getting ?

yea thanks for that. I fill her up from empty once a fortnight 12.5 gal and get 230 miles round town 300 on a long run.

that's interesting jampot as I am doing about 8 miles a day to and from work in town and only getting 220 miles from a full tank. I recently filled her up and drove from Stockton to Liverpool and back which is a 300 mile round trip and tank was empty again. Is this about right I wonder ? I checked the air filter and it looked clean enough.
