  1. just worked out my mpg and was seriously wondering if i have a hole in my tank. Recently filled up (57ltrs) then drove to Liverpool and back (300 miles) 22mpg motorway. Filled up fortnight ago drove round town 214 miles 16mpg !

    Finally got this problem fixed at my local indy jagtech stocton on fees. The whole system required re configuring / programming. Everything working spot on now cost £72.00
  3. Tried to remove battery today but the clamp threds go right through the floor and as a result are very corroded! making it impossible to loosen:-(

  5. Hi REG I have a constantly flashing DSC amber fault symbol on the dash and was woundering where to start looking.

  10. Hi peeps I have a rapidly flashing amber coloured light in the middle of the dash which I cant seem to re set. It is the symbol that represents the DSC. Was woundering if anyone has encountered this before ? Regards Keith

    C1287/ C1289 HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS CAUSING A DSC FAULT LIGHT TO COME ON THE DASH AFTER HAVING A NEW A/C PIPE FITTED IN THE O/S OF THE ENGINE BAY TODAY? I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS AND IF SO ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATION. REGARDS KEITH
  15. found out how to remove n/s sill cover today- pleasantly surprised to find very little corrosion - next time o/s then waxoil .
  16. was under the car today checking the sills and noticed a leak of some green fluid from engine bay. Is this the elusive ac dye gas leak? Yep sure is new pipe orderd by the garage hopefully fixed next week.
  17. Hi not looking to buy one at this moment in time im going to have a go at salvageing this one but thank you all the same
  18. Not sure about a heat exchanger. Had the car back in today and they can't find the leak! So regased the ac and added some dye to hopefully show where the leak is then take it back in two weeks for them to have another look. :-(
  19. O well ac appears yo have lost its gas again! so back into garage to try to find out why.
  20. Hi Chris Yes it was really interesting. The guys are very friendly and approachable although more your earlier jags but still very accommodating to our later models. Looking forward to the next meet.
