the panic alarm / light button worked yesterday but since disconnecting the battery to change my thermostats its stopped working . everything works apart from that.. any ideas? ive tried re-pairing the key to the car but doesn't make any difference

turns out it was the earth , gave the earth connection a wiggle n the headlight bulb flicekered. so late night bodge and it works again

so last night my drivers side headlight started playing up.. I replaced the dipped beam for a pair of osram night breakers.. when I went to leave work last night the drivers side was dim and the indicator was also lit up. im going to check the earth point behind the headlight but could there be anything else to check? im guessing it could be a loose connection as 20 mins in to my drive home it flicked back to normal

well I no what im doing tomorrow before I go to work :) pulling the jag apart :P

just had a quick look see If I can find this 12 pin plug but no joy.. behind the passenger side rear lense theres 2 plugs but there 2 pin.. any idea were this plug would be ? also I couldn't find the bleeper in the parcel shelf

im a new member so be gentle and new to the jag scene.. im picking up a jaguar xtype S DCI 2006 tomorrow how do I go about retrofitting parking sensors ? will it have the wiring loom already fitted.
