right here we go, had a retro fit done satnav touchscreen,Bluetooth, voice. Everything world apart from satnav doesn't work correctly, at first it was saying disc loaded is not a map disc. So I bought another DVD drive that got rid of that problem, then I found it wouldn't navigate I noticed that antenna wire had been repaired so I've just replaced that. It's still not navigating correctly? It calculates destination ect but when it starts it just says will start when on highlighted route, but that's about it, it does show some turns up when driving but it doesn't correspond to where I'm going. I'm at a loss now could it be that the loom that the lying idiot put in could be wrong? Could it be down to something wrong with head unit. Any help appreciated. Thanks phil

I know, best of it is it's been a well looked after car with past owner. Loads and loads of receipts for anything that needed doing ect. Never mind I'm sure I'll be able to sit back soon and enjoy it.

I did this but am I wrong in thinking if you put your hand through window when closing should it stop?

Update. Bolt snapped battery charged back on car reset handbrake, just a bit confused about windows should they stop if obstacle in its way? If so my windows didn't reset correct.

Hi Paul. It's in pretty firmly but there's still about 1 inch of bolt piping out so I'll try again with grips sometime, don't think battery is going anywhere anyway. Also found this under parcel shelf any idea what it's for? It's a black and red 8pin plug. For some reason can't upload pic

Hi Dennis. I'm all confused now, is this the Satnav antenna? Only not seen one like that anywhere. I was on the understanding that antenna goes under parcel shelf, so antenna I bought lead was only about foot long, that's why I was thinking there should be a extension cable. Then Paul paid you a visit last weekend I believe and he said Dennis says antenna is behind bumper. So I was now thinking I've got the right antenna? Now you've shown me this, I'm all confused now , didn't fancy taking bumper off so I've ordered another one with 5m cable so I can route it under parcel shelf. Does this one you have go behind bumper??? Cheers phil

On the petrol you wouldn't be able to it without removing it all. You can unclip with it in situ but it only opens anoint a inch.

Must be different on diesel , can't do that on petrol engine

And I bet there the hardest thing to get at aswell
