    Thanks everyone, you have saved me so much time as I just won't bother with Jaguar map updates. Android Auto app connects the phone to the car and google maps appears on the screen. Up to date traffic alerts and diversions for free. 2017 Jaguar XF with full LCD displays BTW. I don't get my directions showing in the drivers screen or heads up, but I can live with that. Frequent and free map updates doesn't seem like a big ask given the cost of the cars, but what do I know about marketing and ensuring there is a good second hand market to keep the new car buyers happy!
