Hi everyone…
I’m a newbie and also to Jaguar (well since Jan). I’m just enquiring if anyone has had an issue with their windscreens? My 9 year old put her feet on the dash (when parked) and accidentally tapped the windscreen, which then cracked it. It’s concerning it could break so easily- unless there was a weak spot.
Jaguar have said they will inspect it (after some cajoling) although it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t got around to it so I’ve organised an appointment myself with a local dealership. This leads me onto the next question- has anyone had any dealings with the Head Office/ Client Care?
