C1287/ C1289 HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS CAUSING A DSC FAULT LIGHT TO COME ON THE DASH AFTER HAVING A NEW A/C PIPE FITTED IN THE O/S OF THE ENGINE BAY TODAY?

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS AND IF SO ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATION.

REGARDS

KEITH

I have had the same problem. What I do now is: turn on the ignition and wait for the DCS light to go out and then start the engine. It may be coincidence but I have done a number of long journeys using this procedure and it seems to work.

Welcome to the Club, Bob.

Great to see experiences being shared.

Some advisory warning come on , then go off.  I too am mystified.

But you can still enjoy the Jaguar experience,

Regards,

Peter.
